Surfinity’s core search technology is unique. It has been built for superior performance and scalability using concepts pioneered at Surfinity. It’s SQL-based architecture also allows for seamless integration with existing database search solutions, enabling users to improve their free-text search performance, data-processing range and feature set without having to rebuild.

Surfinity’s search solutions employ easy to use GUI’s (graphical user interfaces) and leverage off existing database interfacing components.  This non-proprietary approach allows for significant time and dollar savings when setting up a search solution.

Development of the Surfinity Search software (formerly TextDB) began in 1996. Since then, Surfinity has grown a significant customer-base with users from all over the world utilising the Surfinity Search engine. Surfinity Pty Limited was formed from the merger of Text DB and Spider Net Consulting in early 2003.
